Order Origination:

Written in Metal is licensed to only sell jewellery to Australian Olympic Athletes who have competed at an Olympic games. Written in Metal may contact you to verify that the purchase is being made by (or for) an athlete. Written in Metal may check the intended recipients details against a database of athletes held by the Australian Olympic Committee.

Order Production:

Written in Metal creates pieces on made-to-order basis, please allow 12 weeks for production of your jewellery.

Order Processing:

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our products are made to order, production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.

Postage Within Australia:

All products are delivered using Australia Post - Parcel Post Service. Delivery timelines are between 3-6 business days of shipment.

Upon shipment, an email will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can monitor your package. Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, Written in Metal cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Express Delivery is available using Australia Post - Express Post Service. An additional $5 will be payable at checkout. Orders over $300 (AUD) will receive complimentary express shipping.

Postage Outside Australia:

International Shipping is available using Australia Post & DHL Express Services. Delivery timelines are between 6-27 business days of shipment. (Please note due to COVID-19 International Shipping times vary widely).

The cost for international shipping is a flat rate of $25 added at checkout. Orders over $300 (AUD) will receive complimentary international shipping.
