Returns

Order Cancellations:

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact us with an email including your order number at hello@writteninmetal.com.au . We are not able to cancel your order after this time.

Returns:

Written in Metal does not accept returns for any customised products aside from when manufacturing faults occur.

Products without customisation may be returned for a credit, if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. Some exclusions may apply. Written in Metal does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to Written in Metal and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt.

Written in Metal credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed.

Written in Metal does not accept returns if products;

• are not returned in their original condition or packaging,
• are returned outside of the specified return timeframe, or
• are of a bespoke nature.

Written in Metal reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur.
